    This is an easy 60 to 90 minute course to introduce you to some of the foundational concepts that most other work is built on, is offered both as a free course and as a paid course: The understanding is so important that I want everyone to be able to think about these things in an easy way, and as a paid course depending on whether you are planning to take a further program.

    Being that it shares how we become what we are, and why, that understanding alone will change how you think about yourself and is very empowering for you.

    Here is a short fun video. As you know, perspective matters and our perspectives are formed when we are very young. Changing them is a thing. As this work tends to be more serious, we need to also remember our simple moments, laughter and the simple wisdom of children!

    Welcome!

    You are here at the first part of all courses… The shapes teaching! 

    My name is Ellie and I have built these courses over many years based on my experiences, my connection with God, and how the universe appears to me.

    There is so much I wish I could say right now, how excited I am to be presenting this to you, but there are only so many words and there is a time limit! If you choose to take other courses or watch the other youtube videos – so much of it will make sense with all the puzzle parts coming together.

    About Dialoguing:

    There is section about Dialoguing and is a brain strain. There is a video you can watch and if you watch till the end it will start to make some sense. In many ways it is like describing the wiring of the brain and its details, and all you need to know is that it is comprised of wires and electricity, and that the light switch is on the wall! Most important! 

    But it is a short and comprehensive view of what this work is based on. You need to know that this is one of the foundations going forward… and to understand a  huge part of the body-mind

     & other parts of the inner world are all based on mirroring. I want you to know where I am getting all this stuff from & that it is knowable and teachable.

    If you didn’t know where it was coming from it might seem like a feat of magic that I can know and do what I do. People are very often shocked! How did you know that? How can you do that?! Like some fairy dumped it in my ear!

    So going back to the brain strain… just listen and come to your own understanding. At the end I will tell you what is important for you to know…

    Some Considerations:

    Teachers will have different approaches...

    Currently it is only myself who is teaching on this site though in the future there will be other teachers as well, people who have taken the courses and developed their own way of working. They have many different modalities. I just want you to understand how each of the people who have taken courses from me will have a different way to teach it and I encourage it. The teachers I have worked with will be listed on the site sometime this year.

    Quiz Notes:

    I have included a section of Quiz Notes where there is specific learning. This is to help you focus on some key points that I would like you to get out of the narrative. There are quizzes in these sections too and are there for you to test yourself. The quizz marks will not be included in the final exam.

    The final exam will include the information in Quiz Notes. You will need 75% to pass if you are taking the paid version. The free version does not have a final exam.

    One last thing... You will see "completion" on the right side of activities and pages. You need to mark these as done to be able to go to the next section. In some areas there are documents to be submitted. Click the "Submit" button to open the sections and once they are open you will see what you need to do.

    Just below there is an activity. Write out your three wants and upload a document with your 3 wants. If you enter the text only box it may not show your text as being submitted. It should open a box for you for your final submission after which you cannot make changes. Keep a copy for yourself too... cause you want to look at it again at the end of the course!

    Listening to inner conversation...

    Each person has an inner conversation taking place that I hear, and those that have studied this can hear this also to varying degrees. The goal of these courses is that you have experiences.

    There are 2 separate lessons for Dialoguing. I have done this to make it easier to read and understand as it is divided into concepts. In the second lesson there is a video you can watch which will help to get the feeling of what I am talking about. Remember this is not super easy to understand and you need only to get the gist of it!

    The Societal Mind

    The Internal Editor is an overlay of both societal conditioning and "shapes", shapes which we adopted as a coping mechanism and something to hide behind. Whether you are following a more Christian path or from some other path of spirituality, this Internal Editor can be quite sabotaging of your work, and it is very easy for us to be mislead. Once you have identified it, it is much easier to put it aside.

    The "Stuff" that weighs you down

    Even though you work hard to keep the sails in the right position, and you seem to use the steering wheel, your life just never seems to go where you want it to. Imagine a ton of garbage sitting on some land, and you remove the garbage because you want to plant some flowers there, make it your garden. You move the garbage, but still, all that grows there are weedy looking flowers and strange vegetation. You still cannot plant your garden the way you like. You say to your self and to your friends, “I have done my work. I don’t know what’s wrong.”

    2. I have allowed 10 minutes for the exam and 2 retakes.
    3. If there are any issues please contact me and we can go over things.
    4. Please use numbers like 2 instead of the written :"two"

    You have gone through the Basic Shapes Teaching! It is a very simple understanding that applies often to complex situations. Congratulations! The next course you can look at is a follow on to this one which is Beginning Whiteboard Work. I also call it Accipio though most people know it as Whiteboard Work. Not surprisingly we use a whiteboard!

    I used to describe my process how I know what is going on in people, but being that these courses are self driven, it is less necessary though I do have to describe the methods you need to be able to see your own processes at work! It's been great to have you and I look forward to hearing from you again and see you in the next course! Ellie
