This is a simple understanding of how our societal programming and familial background creates our lives.
This is a 60 to 90 minute course that can be either a paid or a free course. This one is the Paid version. You will need to do the paid course if you are planning to take further instruction because we need a record of what you know going forward.
I introduce a deeper teaching called Dialoguing. You do not need to study Dialoguing, only to understand how it is a platform to what comes after and is discussed much later in advanced work.
Shapes shows how communication occurs and how we 'pick up' sins or karma using the language you prefer. In psychological terms you would say it is the process of socialization.
The course is divided into short topics for easy reading. You have 60 days to finish the course.

A more detailed explanation of everything on this site, is that it uses emotion as a guide to highlight hidden inner conflicts and brings an alignment between your thinking and what you feel. You need to understand the Shapes Teaching before you begin further work.
I developed The Whiteboard Process (also called Accipio) or more correctly said, was God inspired. I used it to heal my own past trauma, generalized anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, foot issues and a few other things besides. Since this time I have shared this process with many people who have found it deeply transformational and healing. You need this course (Shapes Teaching) to be able to sign up for Whiteboard Work. Whiteboard work is necessary to be able to implement and work with the shapes in your own life.

Group Work: This is group work and in my opinion, is the very best work of all! You have no idea how many people do not recognize what they bring and it is so powerful and exciting! This is deeply rewarding work! Online groups rarely go over 6 people as it takes longer on line than in person. My other groups are usually 8 people.
Cost: $450 ($225/ 4 weeks x 2)
Registration: Contact me first so I can do a short interview with you to see where you are and what is it you are looking for. It is also to see if this is a good program for you. I put people in groups based on their energy signature to ensure you have maximum support for your journey. After which we need to have a group to put you in. At that time you can process your payment.
Introduction
This is an introduction to the tool used to understand 2 areas. One is to understand life itself and two, using it specifically to align areas in your life you would like to work with.
It is like a telescope and a microscope, if you look outward, you see your place in the universe and the story you are engaged in. If you look inward you understand yourself, your inner universe and your inner dialogues. That means you see what you believe, why you believe it and why your life is the way it is. The inner universe directs your life, like a rudder to a boat.

What we will do in the course? This course includes both your own studies, individual work and zoom sessions with Elana. We have 3 modules for this program. Module 1: We will look at what it is that I do, why and how I re-interpret your wants. This group session will be about 1 hour. Module 2: We will work with your 3 wants and is a 3 - 4 hour session. Module 3: This part of the course runs 6 weeks and sessions are about 2 to 2.5 hours each. You will be introduced to a tool you use not only to see yourself but also your relationship to life. It takes about 6 weeks to really begin to grasp the process though results come in way before that. It is dynamic and based on you! You will be given homework each week. Your 3 wants:
